Each Sweat Lodge offers you the chance to:

Linked to the ancestral medicine of the Central American Temazcal "House of Hot Stones", the Sweat Lodge is a sacred ritual of purification that exists in many cultures and traditions, in different forms.

Mila invites you to enter the Hut for a journey of exploration from your body to the very depths of your essence as a Woman, carried and guided by the visible and invisible Worlds and the magic of the Women's Circle.
A journey in which you'll let your body, your voice and your singing be free to express what's crying out from within and asking to be heard.
A journey where you'll get in touch with your inner sparkles that will give you clarity and vision on your path through life.
A journey inviting you to meet yourself more deeply, to be reborn to Life, to honour and celebrate it.
A journey of love for yourself, the Earth, the living and the vibrating.
Sweat lodges programmed for a group of up to 13 women, or lodges on request for you alone or for a group of 3 to 13 women.
