A journey of listening to the voice of our depths to let the dance of our Matrices express itself.
Description
Matrix Yoga is based on consciously listening to the multiple and cyclical messages of the female body,
and the free expression of women's voices.
What makes it special
Inviting spontaneous movement through the exploration of postures, sequences, gestures, vocalizations and free movements,
expressing the mysteries of Woman, interconnected with the mysteries of the Worlds and natural cycles,
liberating the voice of women.
Course
Journey time from 1 to 3 hours, depending on demand:
- Listen to the voice of its depths.
- Tuning in to the rhythms of your inner drums.
- Rediscover a spontaneous and enchanting movement of life.
- Welcome the history and memories drawn on our bodies and encounter our mysteries
- Releasing fears and limitations, and letting your strengths and victories express themselves through your body and voice
- Create the dance of our Matrices.
- To reflect and receive messages and wisdom to light our way.
