Throughout this Boudoir, you will travel, sometimes alone, sometimes with your baby, through the world:

- a time of sharing and communion with your baby,

– a return to your body, your centre, your creative source, through a gentle, conscious practice of Post-Natal Matrix Yoga and self-massage,
- listening to and observing your inner silences, through guided meditations, sound journeys, etc,
- the expansion of your breath of life, creator of all possibilities, through breathing exercises by Mamans Louves,
- the expression of your intentions and messages from your heart, 
- Ancestral medicines for optimal post-natal care...
