La Biodynamic Dancecreated by Rafael Baile, is an organic approach to movement and dance that reconnects you to your innermost integrity and essence.

La Sweat lodge purifies body and spirit, inviting you to plunge into the source of your truth, free and wild.

My wish is for everyone to feel supported and confident in freely expressing their body and the voice of their depths, to the point of revealing, without limit, the full potential of their body. Dance of his Truth, from the body to Life.
So that we can never again hide, limit, diminish or divide ourselves.

My approach takes us back to the Matrix of Women, the original space that gave birth to our bodies in its most primal movement and at the origin of our individuality.

As part of a feminist approach, My intention is a tribute to respect and recognition for women's bodies and voices.

My name is Mila Mariom and since 2011 I've been running workshops in yoga and self-expression through the body, movement and dance, so that everyone can dare to present themselves authentically, without shame or judgement, thanks to the reappropriation of a body that's free, grounded and liberated.

An invitation to reawaken our own mysteries and the mysteries of other worlds, to rediscover Wisdom and weave together a World of Peace.

Related to the Goddess Anâhita, the Persian goddess of fertility and creativity, of the Waters of the Earth, of love and wisdom, and to all the associated goddesses throughout the world and throughout time, such as Isis in Egypt, Oxum in Africa and Latin America, Saraswati in India, Ixchel among the Mayas...
This Goddess who comes to bless the creative matrices and help our great power to create to grow.
