What limited me as a yoga 'teacher'...
(among others!)
I often say that yoga brought me back to the body and to full presence, but very quickly I felt limited in this discipline and in its transmission.
By this I mean the approach to yoga that is widely known in the West.
The birth of my first 2 children highlighted these limits, particularly for the female body and our lives, a long way from the environment where the yoga philosophy originated.
Since 2015, I've turned to different approaches to exploring movement and yoga for women, with the intention of going deeper into the perceptions of the body and its systems to meet deeply and express ourselves spontaneously and freely.
So what has limited me as a yoga 'teacher' is asking people to reproduce postures instead of reviving the body's memory and wisdom so that the postures take on meaning, clarity and depth.
Taking an interest in the physiology of the body in movement and understanding its systems allows us to feel before reproducing, rather than reproducing in order to feel.

I tell you about exploring the Evolutionary Movements of the species (one of the approaches of the Matrix Movement) and how to physically reintegrate the functioning of the body in movement by extending our perceptions in order to enter into a relationship with ourselves.
Towards ever more freedom, trust, spontaneity, authenticity, respect...in our Lives!!!!

By exploring the Evolutionary Movements of the species, then:
The head-down dog posture "Adho Mukha ลvฤnฤsana" rediscovers the supports of the bear and countless transitions spontaneously invite themselves to meet the specific needs of the body and oneself.
The "Malasana" crouching posture is found in the little monkey, and the game unblocks the hips and strengthens the sitting posture towards greater mobility, anchorage and adaptability.
The Cobra posture, Bhujangasana, reminds us of reptilian movements, and the body spontaneously straightens up to meet Marjรขsana, a natural, intuitive and creative cow-cat.

The Evolutionary Movements of the Species is one of the approaches of Rafael Baile's ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐บ๐ถ๐พ๐๐ฒ that I integrate into my explorations of ๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ, an intuitive approach to yoga, a meeting with movement, its unique, free and authentic dance...from body to Life!
