What is Biodynamic Movement & Dance© Rafael Baile?
"Biodynamic dance (literally: in the direction of life) is an approach to dance that focuses on the energetic dimension of movement, expressed in a felt form rather than an external or clichéd one.
Much more than spontaneous improvisation, this approach requires the ability to integrate the three dimensions of our being: body, heart and mind. In this way, movement takes on meaning and density. Through dance, beauty fundamentally becomes truth.
Based on the "organic" laws of movement, this "natural" approach to dance encourages the repair of old deficiencies in the body's structure, while offering us the chance to reveal our creative potential (in dance as in life)".
