A day for free your body and mind deeply and give birth to THE womanThat woman inside you who cries out to express herself freely, savagely, without shame or judgement.

A day where you can plunge into the heart of your Matrix of Life and you will come and feed your Force of Life, Transformation and Creation.

L'the main aim of the day is to meet you on a deep level so that you are no longer limited, hidden or diminished, but also to unite with all the women along the way so that we are never again divided.

During the dayIn this workshop, we'll be exploring Rafael Baile's Biodynamic Movement & Dance tools, with the aim of freeing ourselves from the physical blocks that limit us in the expression of our primary, unique and authentic individuality.
By revisiting the journey of birth and evolution of the human movement, primitive and wild, to then plunge into the heart of the Matrix of Life, symbolically carried by the Hut, to give life to the new woman of tomorrow, and welcome her gently and safely through a Ritual of Rebirth.
