event

8 hours of work on the movement and voice, allowing you to reconnect with your intuitive Life movement, its authentic song and its therapeutic potential.

presentation of the day
Alexandra and Mila met in the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Peru. They both explore ancestral knowledge that reconciles us with the voice and the body as instruments for connecting with other states of consciousness and personal power.
L'objective of this meeting is to reconnect with the first ancestral medicine:
The voice and intuitive movement.
We start our journey in a exploration of primitive, intuitive and spontaneous movement, in order to meet its natural life movement, offering space to our authentic voice and our spontaneous singingby embracing the voice from a sacred space, free of all aesthetics and judgement.
We will reconnect with our innate ability to connect with the magical, the sacred, the pleasurable and the wild through body and voice, by harmonising our bodily instrument often blocked by excessive judgement and hyper-domestication, making it possible toactivate our therapeutic potential and a greater connection to our authentic body and voice.
We will end with a Cocoa Ceremony and a Peruvian circle of ancestral songs in native languages.
Ceremonial cocoa connects us to states of deep joy, of connection with body and voice, with intuition and inner truth, and enables us to manifest everything we need to transmute and mobilise it through song and movement.

presentation of the speakers

Alexandra Ostos, a researcher of ancient traditions using the voice as a traditional medicine, shares in her research how, by liberating the voice, other spheres of our lives are also liberated. Her work focuses on providing spaces for reconnecting with the voice and its authentic qualities to show us in the world, as well as using them for therapeutic purposes.
A meeting that will mark a before and after in the connection with your voice and its authenticity. "Voces Curanderas" is a space for research and practice that has been sharing the voice as the first ancestral medicine for 10 years. The voice that wants to express itself, but because of all our conditioning, beliefs and memories, we don't allow it to do so.
In any journey of self-knowledge, healing and sharing, it is essential to open this instrument, because it is the way to sow what each of us has to serve and share. It's how we show ourselves and our place in the world. And this meeting will be crucial if you are to recognise your voice as a great ally on your path.

Mila has been offering yoga classes and workshops in self-expression through body, movement and voice since 2011, so that everyone can dare to present themselves in all authenticity, without shame or judgement.
In 2021, these years of developing an ever finer eye for the memories, history and pathways drawn on our bodies and deep within the matrix of women led her to create "Les Boudoirs d'Anahita" and a specific approach to yoga: Yoga Matrice©.
Primarily aimed at women, Mila's meetings are also open to men, so that together we can gather around a source that connects us all, the space from which we have all come since the world began: the womb, a woman's womb.
His approach invites us to gather around the collective unconscious of the original organ of the birth of humanity and to take us to the source of our own individuality, through bodily journeys revisiting the process of gestation, birth, growth and evolution, at the heart of the Cycles of Life.
Her intention is that everyone should dare to express the voice of their own depths through the body, returning to spontaneous, free movement.

BIOGRAPHY

Alexandra was born in Venezuela and has lived in Argentina, Brazil, French Guiana and Peru. She currently resides in France.
She is a psychologist by profession, a sound therapist, a mother and a traveller. For the last twelve years, following a profound realisation of what it means to accompany healing, she has devoted herself to researching cultures that use song as their main means of healing, particularly in the Venezuelan, Colombian and Peruvian traditions, which work with medicinal jungle plants where song is the main tool for physical and emotional healing.
This research has given rise to Voces Curanderas, a project designed to bring us closer to the ancestral knowledge of the power of song.
Since 2016, she has been organising courses, training and retreats with the aim of helping others to reconnect with the conscious use of the voice as a means of accessing self-knowledge, sharing what living alongside different traditions and studying with specialists in healing sound have given her, developing a method in which the voice reveals itself as the main creative and harmonising instrument when shared by integrating different worldviews.
Alexandra is currently recognised for her research and has more than 4,000 students of her method and a community of 30,000 people who benefit from all the content she offers through different areas on the internet.
She is in demand for training courses in Spain, Italy, Brazil, Mexico and Peru.

A lover of human relationships, Mila first worked as a team coordinator in England, France and Reunion Island, before leaving in 2009 to live in a community in the heart of the Peruvian Jungle for over a year.
It was at this point that she began to offer her first bodywork classes, inspired by the yoga she had previously received.
In 2011, her curiosity about yoga led her to Vrindavan, India, to take her first yoga teacher training course and travel for 8 months to discover this philosophy.
On her return, round as the moon and 6 months pregnant, she settled in Corsica with her partner and began offering yoga classes.
Her story as a woman and mother of 3 children will lead her to explore in greater depth the mysteries of womanhood and the place of the womb.
She will complement her approach with training in Womb Yoga, Hormone Yoga, Yin Yoga, Perineum and Movement, Psychophony and Biodynamic Movement and Dance.
Years of yoga and body expression sessions have given Mila an increasingly keen eye for the memories, histories and pathways drawn on our bodies and deep within the matrix of women. In 2021, this led her to create spaces called "Boudoirs", so that everyone can dare to delve into their own depths, listen to the voice of their history and express the dance of their reality through their bodies.
