Essentially inspired by Uma Dinsmore Tuli's Womb Yoga and Dinah Rodrigues' Hormonal Yoga, Cycle 3 will take you on a journey where breath and movement harmonise to free the upper body and open up new spaces within you.
This Cycle is an invitation to explore fluidity through repetitive sequences, stimulating breathing, intuition and freedom of movement.
Thanks to sessions divided into 3 sessions (1. Breathing, 2. Flows, 3. Yin & Visualisation) and a tool for self-observation, channelling and visualisation, you'll let messages emerge from your body, your feelings and your visualisations to refine your intuition and deepen your inner listening.
A Cycle for regaining fluid mobility, a grounded presence, and a deep listening to oneself.
A an intuitive approach to Yoga, Movement and Dance based on 3 main areas:
Reactivate fundamental reflexes, for a healthy, liberated body structure,
Untying the body and the knots in its history, to better understand their needs and respect their limits, for spontaneous and authentic movement and dance,
Revive the link to your Belly Centre right down to the depths of your Matrix, Spaces of Life, of Creation, of Transformation and Expansion, and nourish the ardour and strength of Life, the pleasure and joy of being a woman with a liberated and free body.
An approach that combines Yoga and Movement adapted to women's bodiesand the Rafael Baile of Movement and Biodynamic Dance.
