Cycle 5 is the culmination of the Yoga & Mouvement Matrice approach!
This cycle integrate the first 4 basic cycles,
no longer as one-off stages, but as a whole. daily routine, incarnate, alive.
You will learn to recognise and use the right toolsin conjunction with : your body's needs, your female cycle, lunar cycles, the major stages in your life as a woman.
Once the body loose, anchored and vibrant from its base - the pelvis, the centre, the column -
we will allow thesymbolic expression through steps and gestures.
Movement aware, explorers and bearers of meaning,
to help you express your the reality of a free, embodied and inspiring woman.
We'll also be exploring, miming and meeting the different vegetative movementsto short-circuit the mindof stimulating body awarenessof unlock automatic control systemsof restoring movement where it has stagnated for a long time making unconscious body patterns visible.
Sometimes the body needs to exaggerate to dare to go through what it is holding back.
A new tool for unlocking the last knots in your body and mind, and daring to let your inner self emerge. free expression of your body and your truth.
The outcome of practising the 5 Cycles is to reveal ONE DANCE, your dance of Light.

Spaces of Life, of Creation, of Transformation and Expansion, and nourish the ardour and strength of Life, the pleasure and joy of being a woman with a liberated and free body.
