Description

Lobjective of this meeting is to dare to express freely what needs to be expressed or even released from the depths of our being women.

It is an invitation to delve into our inner mysteries, stimulate the intimate, awaken the ardour, taste the voluptuous, untie the body, express through movement, meet its rhythms, reveal its singular dance... and create the dance of its reality.

The Boudoir In Utero brings us together around the collective unconscious of the organ that gave birth to humanity: the Matrix, and takes us to the source of our own individuality, to the depths of our female bodies.

As we listen to the Matrix, our female bodies tingle and movement invites us to explore the voice of our innermost selves.

Experienced as a real process of birth and existence, at the heart of the Cycles of Life, the Boudoir In Utero gives birth to our inner nuggets, and relieves us of what no longer has a place in our inner world.

The woman then feels free to express her full authenticity, without shame or judgement, and invites herself into a living, vibrant stream of embodied reality.

Course

The Boudoir Matrice follows a very precise rhythm:
The Cycles of Life.

So when the woman invites herself into this Boudoir, she already knows the story without yet realising the depths of the journey.

The journey begins in the heart of the womb...

In the depths of her inner winter, she listens, feels and lets the spontaneous messages of her uterine drums come to her, until she hears what needs to be expressed, here and now. (YOGA NIDRA)

Its inner spring is ready to awaken.

Movement gently enters the body, awakening awareness of our natural breathing and activating the reflex of propulsion from our belly, pelvis and spine. (BIODYNAMIC MOVEMENTS)

To feel contained and supported, getting in touch with your body is essential. Touching it, massaging it, dissociating movements...

I like to refer to J.Liedloff's concept of the Continuum, in this first stage of reconnecting with her body as a woman, to nourish what needs nourishing to feel confident, contained and supported for the journey.

And it is by inviting movement from the ground, on all fours, to the crouching and standing postures that the woman enters into full presence with her body and the possibilities of the moment.

Space is created within, and breathing carries and transports. (YOGA MATRIX)

In her inner summer, the woman secures her axes and anchors herself, ready to present herself to the worlds, celebrating herself and greeting the Earth, the Sun, the sky and the stars, and everything around her.

With total confidence in herself and her environment, she can enter the dance of her Matrix. (YOGA MATRIX)

In her inner autumn, the woman connects to her intuitive, even primitive, expression. It's a time of guided expression to let go of what's weighing her down, nourish her body and dare to radiate the colours of the moment.(BIODYNAMIC DANCE)

The cycle takes its course and her inner winter invites her to get closer to the Earth. By placing the body in postures on the floor, the muscles, bones and fascia, as well as the organs and uterus, are freed to release emotions, memories, messages, visions and new-found wisdom. (YIN YOGA)
