A intuitive approach
of Yoga, Movement and Dance,
inspired by Biodynamic Dance by Rafael Baile
and the Matrix movement of Mila.

A meeting combining Workshop and Immersion:

* A workshop time to explore Biodynamic Movements: their objectives, symbolism, practice...

* Immersion time for a deep inner journey towards the liberation and emancipation of your body, your movement and your Dance.

A time to reconnect with your authentic movement, free of all conditioning, inspired by the the voice of your depthsand reveal the Dance of your truth.

Where and when?

* Boudoir for 2 hours: Every 2nd Friday of the month, Ajaccio, 6pm/8pm
Charge of 33 euros/session
Book of 5 sessions/120 euros
Book of 3 sessions/81 euros

* Boudoir 3h30: dates scheduled throughout the year, at weekends or on request

Description

Lobjective of this meeting is to take care of ourselves, to listen to and respect ourselves, to allow what needs to be expressed or even released to be expressed, and to dare to move and dance freely and authentically, without shame or judgement.

An invitation to really meet you and dance freely with joy and pleasure.

The Origins Boudoir opens up its inner space to you:

  • "Free the body from all artificial technical constraints by returning it to its natural psychomotricity" RB,

The Boudoir lasts 2 or 3 and a half hours.

The Boudoir 2h are held every 2nd Friday of the month in Ajaccio.
